What is the Design-Build Process?
- After you’ve selected your design, we will begin pre-construction assessments. We will help you to determine your budget, vision and general scope of your project.
- Next, architectural design will begin. This is one of the most exciting parts of a building project since you’ll start seeing your ideas come to life.
- Once your architect and builder have worked extensively with you to design your home on paper, they’ll take to your property to begin actual construction.
- Upon completion, you will be walked through your new property and once an inspection is complete, you’ll be able to move in!

With Mass Framing Corp., while it’s an option, you don’t have to be constrained to a pre-made blueprint that may have been used by other homeowners. We encourage you to look through our portfolio and around the Internet, gather your ideas, and together we can design an entirely custom plan based on your findings.
Need suggestions along the way? We’ll consult with you to brainstorm features you may never have considered otherwise. Exposed beams? Columns? A laundry chute? You’d be amazed at what we can do, and in the end you’ll be in a magazine-ready home, completely unique to you! The possibilities are endless.

This is also the relationship we have with our subcontractors. We put a lot of care into our work, and so all our partner companies must have the same standards. When subcontracting is necessary, you can be sure the company is an established one that has does quality work for us. This means you will not have to worry about us hiring quality subcontractors. We directly oversee their work to ensure your home is up to code!
